How do I place an order? +
Browse our categories, find a product you like, and click "Add to Cart." You can then proceed to checkout where you'll enter your shipping and payment details. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
Can I change or cancel my order? +
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, the order enters our fulfillment process and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately at support@elpkg.com if you need to make a change.
Is my payment information secure? +
Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption for all transactions. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. All payments are processed through trusted, PCI-compliant payment providers.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take? +
Standard shipping takes 3โ7 business days. Expedited shipping (1โ3 business days) is available at checkout. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50.
Do you ship internationally? +
Currently we ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. International orders may take 7โ14 business days. Additional customs fees may apply for international orders.
How can I track my order? +
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package on the carrier's website. You can also log into your ELPKG account to view order status.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? +
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in original, unused condition with original packaging. To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@elpkg.com with your order number.
How long does a refund take? +
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we'll process your refund within 3โ5 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5โ10 business days depending on your bank.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do? +
We're so sorry! Please take photos of the damaged item and contact us at support@elpkg.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Products & Availability
Are all products in stock? +
Products marked "In Stock" are available and ready to ship. On rare occasions, high-demand items may sell out. If this happens, we'll notify you immediately and offer a refund or alternative product.
Can I find a product that's not on your site? +
We're always expanding our catalog. If there's a specific product you're looking for, let us know via our Contact page. We can't guarantee we'll stock it, but your suggestion genuinely helps us grow our selection.
