We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
The following items cannot be returned: opened food/consumable products, intimate apparel once opened, downloadable software, gift cards, and hazardous materials.
1. Email support@elpkg.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label for defective items.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at the specified carrier location.
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit/debit card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after processing. PayPal refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll ship a replacement immediately or issue a full refund — your choice. Return shipping is on us for defective items.
To exchange an item for a different size or color, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item. This is the fastest way to get the right product.
