Overnight Shipping: Next business day (order by 12 PM EST). $24.99 flat rate.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 shipped within the United States. This offer applies automatically at checkout — no coupon code required.
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Import duties and taxes may be applied by customs in the destination country — the customer is responsible for these fees.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use this to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website (UPS, USPS, FedEx). If you don't receive tracking information within 2 business days of ordering, contact us at support@elpkg.com.
We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx depending on your location and the size/weight of your order. We select the best carrier for each order to ensure timely and safe delivery.
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your building mailroom first. If still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll investigate and work to resolve the issue.
